March Break theatre camp

It’s hard to believe that March Break is just around the corner and that means you might want to start planning some activities for the week to ensure that the kids are well entertained.

For the art-loving children in your family, Talk is Free Theatre (TIFT) is hosting a March Break theatre day camp from Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Children can explore the magic of theatre, which the TIFT believes teaches children to express creativity and build self confidence all while having fun. During the camp, participants will enjoy theatre exercises and games, including improvisation, character building, scene study and even behind-the-scenes ventures like make-up, costumes and set design.

Each session also ends with a production for family and friends so at the end you can see what your child has been doing all week.

The award-winning Talk is Free Theatre was founded in 2003 and focuses largely on new and neglected work.
